I got my diving license 12 years ago

in the year 2000.

I’ve dived now more than 2,222 dives

so far.

I started on my round-the-world

diving trip in 2005.

I was 69 years old at then

and I wanted to commemorate.

I decided to go on this trip

because it was the last year

of my 60s.

In 2007, I decided to go

on my second round-the-world trip

to celebrate turning 70.

In September of 2008,

I started my third

round-the-world trip in Mexico.

I’m now 77 years old.
